All lesson plans (RPH) generated by ezRPH are for personal or educational use only. The materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and may not be:

• Copied, distributed, or shared without permission
• Modified or used for purposes other than personal teaching
• Used for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization
• Redistributed or resold to third parties

• Your Janaan account is strictly for your personal use as an educator
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited - your account credentials must not be shared with others
• Each account is intended solely for generating RPH for your own teaching schedule
• You may not use the Janaan service to generate RPH for another user or person
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or misused

• Credits purchased are valid indefinitely and do not expire
• Your credits will remain in your account until fully used
• You may use your credits at any time as long as you have sufficient balance
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another account

• Once a RPH generation request is submitted and processed, it is considered final
• Users are responsible for reviewing all information (subjects, classes, time slots) before submission
• Changes or modifications to submitted RPH are not available after processing
• Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your submission

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Due to the digital nature of credits, refunds are not provided once the purchase is completed
• This applies to all packages including Basic, Popular, and Mega packages
• Users acknowledge and accept this policy upon purchase

When creating an account on our platform:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

All payments for credits are processed securely through our payment platform. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes.

Generated RPH will be available immediately for preview and printing after processing. Purchased credits will be credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.

ezRPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
